HOW TO GET STARTED
1.) Create an account (Located in the ‘Profile tab at the top of the website)
2.) Find a date and time in the booking calendar that works with your availability (Located in the ‘Inquire’ tab)
3.) Book your selected appointment(s) – You will be sent an email confirming your booking followed by a brief questionnaire to fill out so we can further get to know you and your training needs
4.) Your inquiry will be reviewed and approved by instructor if available

Double Sessions (2-Hours Drop-In) – Beginner: $100, Advanced: $90, (Ask about 1.5-hour sessions)

TERMS OF USE
First-Time Clients: In order to collect adequate data for custom curriculums, clients are advised to begin their first session with the First Floor Method walkthrough–which involves a body, mind, and movement analysis. This will allow your instructor to offer enhanced custom training exercises, careful constructive feedback, and a detailed take-home report for future sessions. Experience must be provided within each inquiry*
LOCATION
Training site is temporarily off-limits with COVID restrictions. We are primarily conducting sessions online via Whereby. Clients may request in-person sessions, a socially-distanced environment with masks worn is to be expected. No more than 5 people in one session at a time. Clients may also request in-home sessions or rent a space in advance in any specified area nearest to them other than main training site. A travel fee of $10 may be applied to your total depending on location.

DROP-INS
Payments must be made in full 24 hours prior or the day of scheduled session. If not paid within required time frame, sessions can be postponed and availability is subject to change. Client will be added to the waitlist until next available date. Payments accepted via PayPal, CashApp, Apple Cash. No cash accepted (Inquire about payment options)
MONTHLY PLANS
Payments for a month signup (Four sessions) must be made in full within 7 days of first session to reserve and maintain a scheduled booking. If not paid within required time frame, sessions can be postponed and availability is subject to change. Client will be added to the waitlist until next available date. Other payment options can also be arranged by a month-to-month or per-session basis. Payments accepted via PayPal, CashApp, Apple Cash. No cash accepted (Inquire about payment options)
FORMS
Clients must sign designated waiver forms as well as a non-disclosure agreement in order to begin training sessions. Forms will be sent prior for review or signed at scheduled session.
