Mitch Villareal

Mitch is the founder of First Floor Movement, choreographer, coach, and performance artist represented by Go 2 Talent agency. He began his movement journey in 2006 as a member of his high school’s all-male dance team in San Marcos, CA. His choreography and teaching journey started a few years after, while taking part in various studio companies and projects such as EK Entertainment & Talent Co., Studio 429, 220 and many others. His industry work includes appearances on America’s Got Talent (NBC), Steady Mobbin’ (Dance Network TV), World Of Dance Tour, Gallant's "Cave Me In" (Raiden Remix) music video, and Korean Pop group BTS' World Tour. With over 13 YEARS of experience, he has taught, coached, and directed across the country as well as internationally. His endeavors allowed him to contribute choreography for the Pulse Tour with some of the industry’s best and most renown, such as Cris Judd (Jennifer Lopez, Michael Jackson, *NSYNC), who mentored him for some time. Overtime, Mitch has also dedicated his time to sharpening his artistry outside of dance through avenues such as filmmaking, screenplay/scriptwriting, acting, and music production. His life experiences have brought him to meditation, breathing, and other holistic practices which has implemented into his workshops and classes. As he continues to expand his movement research and philosophies, the First Floor Movement program follows suit. One session is never the same experience twice. As a full-time mover, Mitch seeks to inspire, educate, and guide others into finding themselves through the art of movement, creativity, and mindfulness.
